In order to register you must begin by creating a registration profile
To do that click on the button you will find on the next page: CREATE A NEW INDIVIDUAL USER
Once you have filled out all of the registration fields, please click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT in order to complete the registration payment.
Once your profile is created, you will receive an email with your login details. After your registration is completed, in case you need to access the registration page again (e.g. to register for a social event, to book your accommodation, to register an accompanying person...) please enter your Username and Password in the INDIVIDUAL LOGIN section of the registration page.
Please note that in Italy you receive the invoice after the payment. Once the registration process has been completed, within a few days you will receive an invoice from the Organizing Secretariat confirming that payment has been received.
In the event that you cannot attend the Symposium, you must send written notice of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org
no later than March 31st, 2017; the Organizing Secretariat will refund your registration fee after the Symposium, less € 50,00 that will be withheld to cover administrative charges.
Refunds will be net of bank transfer costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 31st deadline. Requests for refunds must be received within 60 days following the end of the Symposium.
